Bookkeeper

Office-Based Conshohocken, PA St Clair CPA Solutions

Looking for Full-charge Bookkeeper, with minimum of three years’ of bookkeeping experience using QuickBooks (Online and Desktop) and working with clients in various industries.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate schedule of multiple clients for office and field work
  • Prepare and process daily deposits
  • Reconcile sales and cash activities, and review cash discrepancies
  • Process vendor bills and checks for payment
  • Prepare bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Post journal entries as needed
  • Process payroll and maintain payroll records
  • Prepare local tax such as U&O, Amusement, Sales and Liquor tax returns, if necessary
  • Provide financial reporting package and analysis to management monthly and as needed

Qualifications:

  • B.S. in Accounting, or relevant education
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years bookkeping experience
  • Intelligent, motivated, team player
  • Trustworthy, dependable
  • Understanding of basic and advanced general ledger and accounting
  • Sound writing and communication skills
  • Comfortable with multi-tasking, being responsible for multiple assignments and meeting deadlines
  • Ability and willingness to learn
  • Stable work history
