Welcome to the new Accountingfly!

In our early years, we wanted to provide two things: a great source of talent and a great way to manage them. We offered an effective baseline Applicant Tracking System that was useful for our smaller clients but lacked some of the features that large employers needed.

In 2018 we are re-focusing on being just one thing: a great source for next-generation financial talent, and we want to be the best in the world at it.  We’re making improvements to our job board, our job marketing system, and relaunching a streamlined ATS that will offer increased reliability and security. Some features will be different, and below we’ll explain what that looks like.  

We think you’re going to like the new streamlined ATS and its features, but if the new ATS doesn’t meet your needs, let us know. We will help you find the best fit ATS for you, and our candidates will flow to any ATS product on the market.

New and Enhanced Features Include:

  • Enhanced Job Search: Now Candidates can now find your jobs via keyword, location, or Employer Name (which was highly requested by job seekers)
  • Enhanced job classification: including Contract and Remote job search
  • Easier candidate process: candidate accounts are no longer required to apply
  • An Easier Job Posting tool making posting, editing and customizing your jobs a breeze
  • A simpler candidate review display with a link to send emails to each candidate

If you’re new to Accountingfly there are a couple of ways we can help.

Our Placements service helps you build your cloud accounting team. You will be assigned an Accountingfly recruiting team who will source, screen and deliver vetted candidates to you.
